LAND, LOT & PROPERTY ANALYSIS
To the untrained eye, a lot or parcel of land may appear to be easily buildable. However, many times the look can be deceiving. We will complete a thorough site inspection to see if the property will need to be on a septic system or sewer. We will check the grading to see if the property is steep or could have environmental concerns. Determine location of legal access to the property and where the driveway might need to be positioned. Review the property regarding fire department needs. We will also research the utilities on the property or lack thereof including water rights.

Our office operations work within a cloud-based computer program for estimating, scheduling, and all accounting operations, utilizing a systematic method of building with the latest technologies to seamlessly coordinate the design, development, and construction process. When the plans are finalized we install them in our CAD system for you. This allows you to do a virtual walkthrough and observe each room from different angles. This provides a better perspective than just looking at a 2 dimensional set of drawings.
